What is the Big Ramona's Network?
Big Ramona's network aims at promoting emerging and independent music through live events. To all those people running places or locations, record-company owners or sponsors that get in contact with Big Ramona, it offers, by subscribing its network, a promotional page on this website. The record companies are then offered the possibility to present their own music offer and bands to the different clubs, while the places are offered the possibility to promote their programme, the sponsors the possibility to tell about their activities and events supporting the music. The bands, being of course the main protagonists of the project that Big Ramona aims at carrying on, have the possibility to present on this website their artistic project and they are also offered the possibility to carry on their own music on the Italian and European stages. Among the bands present on the websites, Big Ramona selects time by time, basing on the opportunities, those ones to be offered a tour, within the logistic organization of tours and booking and informing immediately the band.
SUBSCRIPTION FOR BANDS
The bands that want to subscribe Big Ramona's network can send their request by email to

Big Ramona will study the request of subscription basing on the artistic criteria and on the programme feasibility. (As mentioned above, the subscription to the network has the purpose to offer, if possible, live performances.)
The band's email request shall include the following attachments:
- A short (few lines) presentation of the band, in Italian and English
- 5 images (logos and photos) of the band
- myspace band's link
- The band's website link, if available
- The band's contact details (phone, email address)
The bands shall also specify if they are available or not available to carry out a tour either abroad or in Italy of about one week, during the period from the acceptance by Big Ramona of their subscription until the end of the sixth month from the date of the access to the network.
(Whenever the decision is taken, Big Ramona will inform the band about the intention of Big Ramona to organize the tour about two months before the expected departure).
IMPORTANT:
We do apologize since now, but any request received not in compliance with the above mentioned requirements will not be taken into consideration as well as for those requests received to email addresses not corresponding to the above mentioned one, or by phone, or through myspace, facebook or other social networks.
We do apologize also for not taking into consideration, due to Big Ramona's activity organization purposes, any other request different from the request of subscription to the network. (Requests concerning organization of tours or for fixing a date and so on).
SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR CLUBS
Those clubs that want to subscribe the Big Ramona's network can send their request by email to

The clubs' email request shall include the following attachments:
- A short (few lines) presentation of the club, in Italian and English
- 5 images (logos and photos) of the club
- myspace club's link
- The club's website link, if available
- The club's contact details (phone, email address)
IMPORTANT:
For any request different from the request of subscription to the network (request of bands, merchandising, etc.) the clubs can contact the MARKETING&COMMUNICATION/VENUES DEPARTMENT of Big Ramona (see “Contact” Section).
SUBSCRIPTION OF RECORD COMPANIES
The record company labels that want to subscribe the Big Ramona's network can send their request to the following email address labels@bigramona.com.
The record company label's email request shall include the following attachments:
- A short (few lines) presentation of the record company, in Italian and English
- 5 images (logos and photos) of the record company
- Band video link (if available)
- myspace record company's link
- The record company's website, if available
- The record company's contact details (phone, email address)
IMPORTANT:
For any request different from the subscription to the network (organization of tours and booking of an artist, merchandising, etc.) the record companies can contact the ART DIRECTOR OFFICE of Big Ramona (see the “Contacts” Section).
SUBSCRIPTION FOR PARTNERS
The enterprises and institutions that want to cooperate with Big Ramona and promote their business on her website are invited to directly contact the MARKETING&COMMUNICATION/VENUES DEPARTMENT of Big Ramona.
SUBSCRIPTION ACCEPTANCE NOTICE
It is a rule that every 15 days the Management of Big Ramona meets up to study the request of subscription received by the bands, clubs and record companies and inform by email the interested parties on the result of their request.
